1. Who we are
SwapFerry (“the site”) is operated by [operator]. You can reach us at [contact]. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. What the site is
The site is a web interface to CoW Protocol, a third-party protocol that executes token swaps and cross-network transfers. You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself.
- We never take custody of your funds, and we cannot move, freeze or recover them.
- We do not execute trades. CoW Protocol and the solvers and bridge providers it works with do.
- We are not a broker, exchange, bank or financial adviser.
3. Fees
A service fee of 0.5% is included in each quote and is paid to us through CoW Protocol's partner fee program. Network fees and, for cross-network transfers, bridge fees are charged by third parties. All fees are shown in the quote before you sign.
4. Who may use the site
You may not use the site if:
- you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions;
- you or anyone you act for appears on a sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the European Union or the United Kingdom;
- using the site would be unlawful where you are; or
- you intend to use it for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other illegal purpose.
We may block access from particular locations or wallet addresses at any time.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallet, your recovery phrase and every transaction you sign.
- You are responsible for checking the tokens, networks, amounts and recipient address before you sign.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions.
6. Risks
By using the site you accept that:
- blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed;
- crypto-asset prices are volatile, and you may receive less than you expected;
- smart contracts, bridges and third-party protocols can fail, be exploited or be delayed;
- tokens can be counterfeit, and anyone can create a token with any name.
7. No advice
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Our guides are general information only.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from third-party protocols, bridges, wallets or networks, or from transactions you sign.
9. Changes
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.
